Delaware Pays Community for Snow Removal
The Delaware Department of Transportation states on its website that as a result of the 1995-1996 snow season, a bill was passed to help financially certain neighborhoods during qualified snow events. There are exlusions and reimbursement formulas based on criteria. The details can be viewed here at this link of the DDOT
